No, we do not charge any fees or commissions to make an offer or to buy your home. We can take care of all closing costs and or lawyer fees associated with the sale.

If there are liens or judgments or unpaid taxes that you are unable to pay, just inform us and we will work with you to try and figure out a solution.

In many cases these fees can be taken out of your proceeds at the time of sale, or we can try to help you negotiate a discount.

It is up to you when we close. Just let us know your date of choice and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Normally it takes the local title company a few weeks to process all of the required paperwork. Since they are a 3rd party organization, some deal with a high volume of transactions and might take longer than others. We do our best to work with your unique situation and timeline.

It’s smart to look at your options and see what will actually help you best reach your goals with the sale of your house. While you may be able to get a higher “top line” sales price listing with a local real estate agent, that doesn’t always boil down to more money in your pocket or LESS HEADACHE.

We pay for all of the closing costs. You can get rid of the headache of that property fast and avoid paying any more mortgage payments, taxes, insurance payments, utility payments, you get the drill. If you list your house and wait 90+ days to close… you have to figure in all of the costs of holding the property during that time that you have that property listed and are waiting for the property to close.
